Fairplay Home Services is excited to offer a Home Maintenance Plan that is customizable around your home and your needs. Call to schedule a visit so we can put together an à la carte plan to address what your home requires for routine care. For one set price all routine care will be scheduled and carried out with no need to remember what work is due when.
(Cheap) Maintenance or (Expensive) Repairs:
An air conditioner filter that gets put off risks the whole A/C system. The gutters that are loaded with rotting leaves forces the water to go somewhere you don't want it. Flushing a hot water heater prevents sediment from building up and shortening the lifespan of the heater. These are only examples how the Home Maintenance Plan is designed to eliminate putting off the little things until they blow up to become big and expensive things.
Leave the Ladders to Me:
Air Filters. Smoke Detector Batteries. Gutters. Light Bulb Replacement. Ceiling Fan Cleaning & Switch.
An excellent way to manage these tasks for those who aren't comfortable going up and down a ladder and/or owners who cannot rely on their tenants to do it.
Anyone signed up for the Home Maintenance Plan receives a 15% discount for all Repairs and On-Call work.
Small Repairs & Quick Fixes
You need a new light fixture.... Maybe you want to hang up some pictures..... Or it could be that toilet in the other bathroom that never seems to stop running. I know there are so many little things in a home and you never the time or tools to get to them all. I can help with the little odd jobs, from a single task to knocking out the whole list. Emergency Service
Let's face it. Sometimes your home doesn't want to go with Plan A. When those times happen give me a call/text/email and I will get back with you ASAP. If I cannot help due to schedule you will know quickly and not be wasting time waiting.
